Meditations related to A Course in Miracles


I have recorded the following meditations and will send them to anyone who is interested. So far I have only recorded German versions. If anyone is interested in English versions, please let me know.


These meditations aim to facilitate forgiveness in everyday situations. The term ‘forgiveness’, as used in A Course in Miracles, can be described as loving acceptance and letting go.

You can find some of the meditations published so far on my YouTube channel. All of my meditations are published on my podcast ‘Vereint im Licht’ (United in Light) on Spreaker. You can download them for free via the Spreaker app.

Permissive Dwelling

Permissive Dwelling is a short mindfulness-based meditation. It explains forgiveness of everyday perceptions. We practise saying to each of our perceptions, ‘It's okay. It's allowed to be so.’ This short meditation serves as an introduction. It is quick and easy to learn and can be used in everyday life to centre yourself within a minute during short breaks.


Connection to the One Self through nature

This exercise draws on elements from Lesson 29, ‘God is in everything I see,’ and Lesson 95, ‘I am a Self, united with my Creator, one with all aspects of creation and unlimited in power and peace.’


Extending the Light in Your Brother

I created this meditation as an aid to Lesson 181, ‘I trust my brothers, who are one with me.’ It is intended to help us see our fellow human beings as innocent. This is the prerequisite for being able to see ourselves as innocent. Especially when we are afraid of someone or accuse them of something, this meditation can help to release love and see both of us together in the light.


United in Light

The image of standing with my brothers and sisters in light was given to me recently during a meditative session. I created this meditation to deepen my understanding of this image and the message it conveys: We are innocent, Holy Children of God, worthy of God's home.


Consciously feeling sensations - Feel, Allow and Invite the Holy Spirit

In line with Lesson 268, ‘Let all things be exactly as they are,’ we consciously perceive our bodily sensations, give them our attention and invite the Divine Presence to transform them. This meditation can be used for physical ailments and pain, but also for problems, worries and fears.


Colour Meditation

This meditation is not directly related to A Course in Miracles. I see it as a continuation of the Feel & Allow meditation. It can also provide additional support for physical complaints such as pain.


Meditation for the Eyes and Head

I was inspired to create this meditation to release tension in and behind the eyes, jaw, head and neck. This tension is the result of thought patterns. By letting go, these thought patterns come to light and can be handed over to the Holy Spirit for correction.


Meditation to support the intestines

This meditation for relaxing the intestines is based on my experience that abdominal discomfort is often related to the issue of codependency. Therefore, in this meditation, we look at the idea of having to bend ourselves out of shape to meet other people's expectations. We hold up the teachings from A Course in Miracles and invite the Holy Spirit to show us everything anew.


Meditation for the weight

This meditation uses insights from A Course in Miracles to let go of common limiting beliefs about the figure, weight and food intake and to find a new way of dealing with them. Special attention is paid to finding security in God instead of compensating through food. Please note: this meditation is not suitable for treating eating disorders.

Nothing real can be threatened.

Nothing unreal exists.

Herein lies lies the peace of God.
